Eco Church

Being an "Eco Church" is something we are really proud of here at St John's- we have a bronze award and are hoping to work towards a silver!

One of the ways we support this is with our.....

Green Team!

The Green team is for children who enjoy getting outside and love nature!

This groups aims to learn more about God's creation, looking at what bible has to say about it and explore different ways that we can care for it!

Who? What? Where? When?

Green team is for children aged 6+ and it is free!

In our sessions we will be using the churchyard to can create, learn, plant, build, investigate and take part in projects.

We meet in St John's Church Centre then venture forth in to the church yard! We will end each session back at the Church Centre with a drink, a biscuit and a prayer.

We meet from 16:00-17:00 every other week during term time!

How to join?

If you would like to come and join our green team all you have to do is fill in a registration form and come along!
